Q: Why women suffer from severe abdominal pain, pain in sub pubic area, and back pain during menstruation? What medicine can we take to relieve the pain?

A: If a women suffers from abodominal pain and pain in sub pubic area while menstruating and the pain is relieved after mensturation, it is normal. Lack of exercise may be a cause of dysmenorrhea. If one suffers pain every time they menstruate and so have to take painkiller or the pain is so severe that they cannot do regular work, they should consult with a health professional properly.

 

Q: If a woman does not have a uterus, does she menstruate?

A: She will not menstruate if the whole uterus was taken out.

 

Q: We heard that taking bath or eating cool food (like cucumber) can cause cessation of menstruation. Is it harmful?

A:  Some may be born without genital organs or uterus. Some have uterus but the ovaries do not function well. So they do not menstrutate their whole life. If women have vagina, they can get married.
