Values are what you believe is important and what you cherish. Values can be either tangible or intangible. Tangible values may include money, jewelery, works of art, etc and intangible values may be many things concerning attitudes and beliefs including emotions, education, sense of responsibility and so on. It can be seen that the values of a person may be related to or the same as those of the environment or the community where they grew up. Your values can be different from those of to thers. Even in a person, his or her values cannot be the same all the time. Values can change. Whatever it is, one thing for sure is that your values play a critical role in shaping his or her life. Although the people’s values are different, you can respect other people’s values and this can help you to get along with them.
Developing a your values is a fundemental process starting from when you were young and this process can help you with your critical thinking and sensible judgment for your life as well as for their work.
